Managerial accounting relates to the internal operations of a company. The student will study the tools that are needed for making management decisions, planning, and controlling the activities of a firm. The student will develop an understanding of management accounting, cost accounting terms and applications, the budgetary control functions of an organization, and decision support analysis.
