MLA110 — Military Aerospace Physical Training Program
2 , 1 lecture periods 2 lab periods Introduction to the Air Force physical training program. Includes attention to the group’s physical ability, emphasis on individual physical abilities, and gradual increase to a higher level of physical fitness. Also includes establishment of goals and standards for conduct in physical training, and prepares the student to pass the Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment (AF PFA).
