DAR205 — Lighting for Film and Video
6 , 4 lecture periods 4 lab periods Creative lighting techniques, practices, and use of equipment. Includes the visible spectrum, film and exposure, using electricity, video and the electronic medium, controlling color temperature, light quality, and measuring light intensity. Also includes manipulating light, light concepts in practice, and light in the studio and on location.
