Includes concerns of climate change, urbanization, sustainability, and equity. Also explores the historical and contemporary political and economic arrangements shaping food systems from farm to fork to landfill. Also includes the evaluation of how larger social processes shape lived experiences of food and drink consumption and its impact on individual and environmental health.
