AJS212 — Juvenile Justice Procedures

Includes issues pertaining to the family, schools, gang membership, drug use and youth victimization. Also includes the juvenile justice system including the history and philosophy of the juvenile court, court decision-making, sentencing practices, diversion, institutionalization, community supervision and how it interfaces with the administration of justice.
