COS 115/116 and 118/240 can be taken out of the suggested course sequence. • Students must clock 1200 salon and class hours to successfully complete the program, in addition to completing a 500-hour apprenticeship with a licensed cosmetologist to be eligible to sit for the North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Arts licensure exam.
