FIN 3400 — Financial Management

This is an introductory course in managerial finance in which the student should attain a clear, basic understanding of the fundamentals of finance and its association to the decision-making framework faced by financial managers. Topics include: financial statement analysis, financial planning and forecasting, time value of money, risk and rates of return, asset valuation, capital budgeting, capital structure, dividend policy and working capital management.
