AMH 2070 — History of Florida

This course begins with the influence of geography on early Native American cultures of the region. The economic, social, and political background of Florida is developed chronologically, from discovery and colonization, to United States acquisition, statehood, development into the 21st century. This course satisfies the Gordon Rule writing requirement. A grade of "C" or higher must be attained.

Prerequisites: REA 0011, REA 0019, ENC 0021, ENC 0022
