MAN 4720 - Strategic Management MAN 4720 - Strategic Management Addresses how firms use their resources (technology, managerial know-how, employees, capital, etc.) to pursue goals and adapt to the environment (competition customers, economic/political/sociological conditions, global, and domestic markets). Strategic management is about setting priorities for where a firm wants to go and how to get there. The student works to develop managerial skills such as leadership, communication, and data analysis.
