BCT 2770 - Construction Estimating BCT 2770 - Construction Estimating Designed specifically for cost estimating in heavy construction, but upon completion, the student should have no trouble doing light construction or commercial estimating. Completion of, or simultaneous enrollment in, ETD 1399 or the ability to read blueprints will aid the student. Some computer-assisted estimating is used.
