Bachelor of Applied Science in Behavioral Healthcare
This course offers students the opportunity to learn about various aspects of common behavioral health disorders. Students will develop the ability to identify behavioral health issues including anxiety, depression, bipolar, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, childhood disorders and other disorders within the DSM-5-TR. This course will examine the relationship between knowledge and skills necessary to conduct systematic and culturally sensitive assessments, intervention and treatment recommendations.
