IDT1110 — Materials & Finishes
An introduction to interior materials, finishes and textile products used in interior design. Course topics include building materials; criteria for selecting finish materials, flooring materials, wall coverings, window treatments, furniture construction, and upholstery; and selection of these appropriate interior materials and finishes. Prerequisite(s): ACT Reading score of 19 or satisfactory placement scores or completion of Learning Support Reading
