CULA1321 — Advanced Baking & Pastry

This course will introduce creative and flavorful designs to polish baking skills and teach more difficult baking, pastry, and dessert techniques. Presentation, plating, and appearance will be emphasized in the production of high skill, high quality finished products. Detailed instruction will be provided in chocolate work, plate presentation, and cold and hot presentation. Prerequisite(s): CULA 1310
