CIVT2310 — Earned Value Management & Performance Measurement
The course covers Earned Value Management (EVM) and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) as identified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and includes key metrics such as Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and how to calculate using industry-standard software. Additionally, the course details other important EVM and PMB principles and concepts such as variances, variance analysis, forecasting project completion dates and implementation of EVM systems.
