Continuation of the concepts of medical-surgical nursing practice, exploring the intrinsic connections between alterations in body systems caused by pathological conditions. Topics include the care of patients with system alterations, including cardiovascular, respiratory, and neurological systems. Students will develop a deeper understanding of the complex relationships between body systems and the impact of disease on these systems. Total of 90 hours lecture.
