HIM1210C — Health Information Systems (AS)
and or HIM1610C (with a grade of C or higher) This course will give the student the knowledge and skills relating to the purpose, use, maintenance, and regulations associated with various basic and specialized health information systems. These systems include clinical decision support systems, electronic health records, voice recognition systems, and other electronic systems used by the health care industry.
Prerequisites: HIM1000C, CGS1100
