WELD2013 — AC TIG/GTAW
This course is designed to introduce the student to basic weld joints on aluminum material. The student will progressively develop their skills and apply them to thinner materials. This course emphasizes knowledge and skill requirements suitable for testing as per AWS D1.2 code. Students will develop sanitary welding practices, an understanding of warping, and other heat stress factors associated with fabricating aluminum.
