HOSP1303 — Hospitality Operations & Supervisor Management

This course is designed to develop a basic understanding of the principles of management and the application of those principles in managing the resources of a lodging or food service operation, including employees. Includes care and cleaning of commercial food preparation equipment, personal hygiene, and first aid.
