CUL1303 — Introduction to Food Production

A laboratory course in which students are taught the fundamentals of safety and sanitation, commercial equipment usage, knife handling skills, proper handling and preparation of vegetables, fruit, and starches. Students will be required to participate in catering and dining activities.
