AGRI1124 — Introduction to Animal Science with Lab
Introduction to Animal Science with Lab is an introductory course in the management and economic importance of the various types and breeds of poultry, swine, sheep, horses, beef cattle and dairy cattle. Students will learn the basics of livestock anatomy, breeding, nutritional needs, and management. The course includes a laboratory component to reinforce learning outcomes through hands-on activities.
