HSEM110 — Basic Incident Command System/National NIMS

This course introduces the Incident Command System (ICS) and provides the foundation for higher-level ICS training. This course describes the history, features, and principles and organization structure of the Incident Command System. It also explains the relationship between ICS and the National Incident Management System (NIMS). (Course will meet ICS 100/200 requirements). Should be taken at first opportunity upon entering the HSEM degree program. 2 hours Lecture
