CIP Code: 51.3801 Course Description: A health-related work-based learning experience that enables the student to apply specialized occupational theory, skills, and concepts. Direct supervision is provided by the clinical professional. In this clinical course the student will participate in the collaborative, patient-centered care of the maternal/child patient. A variety of inpatient and outpatient settings will be utilized to present opportunities to provide and observe care for the pediatric patient and obstetrical/gynecological patient.
