CIP Code: 51.0911 An overview of the historical development of radiography, basic radiation protection, an introduction to medical terminology, ethical and legal issues for health care professionals, and an orientation to the profession and the health care system. Also includes infection control procedures. The student will be able to incorporate infection control practices upon entering clinical sites. 1. Define basic medical terms. 2.
