XPE 8010 -- Wine Dinner at Mitchell's Seafood Market 2 Contact hours (Offered as needed) Students will have the opportunity to learn about fine wine selections with dinner. Mitchell's will provide the meal and Mo Powers will select the wines to accompany each course.
