XLI 9079 -- Expanded Functions, Basic Dental Radiology for Auxiliaries 18.50 Contact hours (Offer as needed) Radiographic techniques and safety factors will be stressed. Students are required to obtain materials, complete assigned lessons and pretests prior to the first day of class. The first day or class includes lecture, discussions and a final exam. The second day provides hands-on clinical experience with mannequins to demonstrate correct anatomical radiographic positioning and enhancement of x-ray technique. The final competency on the second day will be performed on a patient.
