XLI 9055 - Empowering Employees for Peak Performance 6 Contact hours (Offered as needed) The seminar would be derived from the Developmental Leadership text book by Dr. David Goetsch. The seminar would revolve around the best practices of Communication, Decision making, problem solving and Critical Thinking. The goal would be to instruct leaders on how to become effective communicators that can help employees develop good communication skills. It would also focus on becoming proficient at decision making, problem solving and critical thinking via lecture and exercises while learning to help employees develop their skills in these critical areas.
