XFW 6115 -- Fitness Boot Camp 6 Contact hours (Offered as needed) Fitness Boot Camp is a military inspired work out that is built on three fundamentals of training agility, cardio and strength. Boot camp workouts target muscles throughout your entire body using body weight exercises and circuits that keep you moving. No matter what your current fitness level, exercises can be modified for each individual. Boot Camp is for all age groups; however, it is not specifically for seniors though seniors are welcome and encouraged to participate. Boot Camp promotes camaraderie, overall fitness and team effort!
