XCJ 6618 -- Radar to Laser Operator 12 Contact hours (Offered as needed) Course for radar certified law enforcement officer in the use, principles and overview of a Laser Speed Measurement Device. It will include instruction on the relationships of speed offenses and motor vehicle crashes, the principles of laserbased speed measurements, as well as courtroom testimony, case law and classroom practices.
