MUT 1112 -- Music Theory II 3 Credit Hours (Offered Fall, Spring) A continuing study of the fundamentals of basic musicianship, music notation, rhythms, musical structures, species counterpoint, chord structures, polyphonic composition and keyboard work. This course is a continuing study of analytical models used for musical compositions of the 17th & 18th centuries. Prerequisite: MUT 1111 Corequisite: MUT 1242
