MAN 3583 - Project Management Foundations 3 Credit Hours (Fall, online only) This introductory Project Management course introduces students to the core principles of general project management and covers essential concepts and techniques from the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK). Key topics include project management functions, the roles and responsibilities of the project manager, the project life cycle, and strategies for conflict resolution. This course also equips students with the knowledge needed to prepare for the PMI Project Management Ready exam. Prerequisite(s): Suggested MAN 2582 Introduction to Project Management
