MAN 3120 - Leadership and Group Dynamics 3 Credit Hours (Spring; Summer, online only) This course examines the theories, principles, and practices that shape effective leadership and teamwork in organizational settings. Students will explore how leaders influence motivation, communication, and performance within groups of diverse individuals. The course emphasizes understanding group behavior, including stages of team development, decision-making processes, and conflict resolution strategies. Through case studies and experiential learning activities, students will analyze real-world leadership challenges and develop skills for fostering collaboration and trust. Students will also study how culture, personality, and organizational structure affect group interaction and outcomes. Emphasis is placed on developing self-awareness and identifying personal leadership strengths and areas for growth.
