MAN2300 — Intro to HR Management
MAN 2300 - Personnel Management 3 Credit Hours (Fall, Spring) This course provides an overview of Human Resource Management (HRM) and its critical role within organizations. Students will explore the function of HR in supporting and achieving corporate goals and objectives, as well as its integral relationship with other departments. Key topics include recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and compliance with employment laws.
