EDE 4930C - Professional Elementary Educator 1 Credit Hour (Offered Fall, Spring) This course is designed to prepare the pre-service teacher to transition into the workplace. Includes resume writing, professional dress and demeanor, interview techniques, refining professional portfolio, class discussion of issues common to teacher interns, and review strategies for certification exams. Current background check (fingerprinting) acceptable to the District in which the field experience will take place is required for this course. This course requires a minimum grade of "C". Prerequisite(s): upper division standing. Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): EDG 3410C and EDG 3343.
