The nursing management and care of client’s with Immune, Neurological, Gastrointestinal, Endocrine, and Oncology disorders. Nursing management and care for the child and their family. Application of the critical thinking skills required to provide nursing interventions and addressing client needs for these medical-surgical and pediatric nursing care Contribute to collaboration and teamwork with members of the interprofessional team, the client, and the client’s support persons in the adult or pediatric healthcare setting. Demonstrate clinical reasoning/nursing judgment to make client-centered care decisions and to function within the complex healthcare environment. Relate quality nursing interventions to improve care for diverse adult, and pediatric clients with acute and chronic illnesses requiring interventions. Apply basic information management principles, techniques, and systems, and client care technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision-making in the adult or pediatric healthcare setting.
