EMTP 1031 - EMS Environment II EMTP 1031 - EMS Environment II Description Recognition and management of a mass casualty scene will be taught/demonstrated. Each student will be expected to participate in a mock disaster drill as set forth by the county and to utilize knowledge gained from class and the drill in a final disaster scenario.
