The course begins by addressing foundational management principles, including primary functions of managers and management and strategy types, and develops toward addressing more complex topics such as ethics, control, and global business management. Explain advantages of managing people well. Identify the components and considerations of strategic management. Identify common organizational structures and the advantages and disadvantages of each.
