The Entrepreneurship/Small Business Management Concentration in Business Management offers the knowledge and skills needed to start a new business venture, contribute to a growing enterprise, identify new business opportunities, and/or successfully operate a small company. Students in this program will learn all the components of running an entrepreneurial venture or small business, including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling all aspects of a small business organization. Whether you create your own business or work for someone else, the skills you learn will be valuable in any business endeavor.
