HALT 2321 - Small Farming HALT 2321 - Small Farming 3 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Two hours of lecture and two hours of lab each week. Instruction in small farming techniques with emphasis on horticulture science including comprehensive and profitable guidelines. Topics include herbs, fruits, nut, and vegetable crops.
