CRIJ 1306 - Court Systems and Practices CRIJ 1306 - Court Systems and Practices 3 credit hours. Lecture/Lab/Clinical: Three hours of class each week. Topics for the course shall include the judiciary in the criminal justice system; structure of American court system; prosecution; right to counsel; pre-trial release; grand juries; adjudication process; types and rules of evidence, sentencing.
