5 Credits Examines the human body and its systems as a foundation for understanding the principles of maintaining positive health as well as understanding deviations from the norm. Each unit in this course involves the study of a major system of the body and the interlocking dependency of one system upon another, with contributions of each system to the wellbeing of the body as a whole. Integrated campus labs are scheduled. Must pass this course with a “C” or better to progress to these courses: PNP 1215 Fundamentals of Nursing and PNP 1232 Mental Health Nursing Course Level
