1 Credits Critical Thinking Applications I will provide opportunities for the first semester nursing student to practice in simulated patient care situations within a laboratory setting. Nursing skills and procedures, within a nursing process format, will be utilized to stimulate the student to think critically, problem solve, and make clinical decisions while applying fundamental nursing principles and evidence based practice guidelines.
