ENG1133 — Technical Writing*
3 Credits Technical Writing is designed for students pursuing careers in technical and vocational fields. Technical papers include process analysis, description of a mechanism, definition, analysis by partition, comparison/contrast, and cause/effect. Considerable research is expected for technical papers, articles, summaries, and a full research report, all of which are on topics related to the student’s major. Use of visuals and technical paper layout is covered. Grammar, mechanics, and usage are covered as needed Course Level
