EGR1143 — Engineering Graphics

3 Credits This course is a general study of graphics and the types of engineering drawings used in design. A foundation course in lettering, sketching, drafting standards, geometrical exercises, and orthographic projections. Introductory use of CAD software is an integral part of the course therefore students are required to have access to a computer. Students use one or more CAD software packages to draft and model various objects. Latest Update Effective: Summer 2021
