EET 231 - Microprocessors EET 231 - Microprocessors Min In this course the student will gain a fundamental understanding of the microprocessor and microcontroller. Microprocessor architecture and hardware including bus structures, memory, and input/output (I/O) will be studied. Operation of the microprocessor/controller will be programmed by the student using hardware specific Assembly language. Real-world applications using the microprocessor and microcontroller will also be discussed. These topics will be learned through text, presentations, various exercises, and hands-on labs.
