NUR 116 - LPN to RN Transition NUR 116 - LPN to RN Transition Lecture: 3 For licensed practical nurses preparing to enter the Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) Program. Emphasis is on ensuring students are prepared to enter the ADN Program in the third semester. Knowledge gaps will be identified, nursing skills updated, and current trends in nursing explored. Prerequisite: Admittance to the LPN-RN program
