HPE 146 - Personal Training HPE 146 - Personal Training Lecture: 3 Students learn about the essentials to personal fitness training and are introduced to the human movement system, the Optimum Performance Training (OPT). Topics include assessment; exercise technique and training instruction; program design; client relations, behavioral coaching; and professional development, practice, and responsibility. Prepares students to test as a certified personal trainer.
