Proposed New Course Description: This course continues exploring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) focusing on timer instructions, event sequencing logic, program control instructions, and math instructions. This course continues exploring computer programming, applying these concepts to robotics hardware. 2 Lab Hour(s) 2 Lecture Hour(s); Required Programming Lab – Second Half of Term Demonstrate the ability to design and implement programs using advanced control structures in a modern programming language, such as loops, functions, and switch statements, with an emphasis on solving complex engineering calculations.
