UG 2 Lecture Hour(s); Required Understand the triple constraint of performance specifications, time, and money. Successful completion of project. 2. Define what an engineering project is. Quiz 1, week 1. 3. Demonstrate how to be an effective team leader and member. Classroom observations by faculty, self-evaluation and peer evaluations throughout the project process. 4. Describe and use the project management process. Successful completion of project or satisfactory explanation of project failure and description of how to prevent similar failures in future projects described in written project report. 5.
