RN204 — PN to ADN Transition
Facilitates successful student transition from the practical nursing coursework to associate nursing coursework. Incorporating previous learning strategies in addition to identifying goals for a successful transition into the associate degree nursing program. These strategies will encourage students to use sound clinical judgment in nursing practice. Emphasis is placed on student understanding of role concepts essential for registered nursing practice (Nursing Process, Teamwork, Collaboration, Leadership and Professionalism).
