MAT 1213 - Quantitative Reasoning MAT 1213 - Quantitative Reasoning Quantitative Reasoning is designed to provide students with mathematical understanding and skills to be productive workers, discerning consumers, and informed citizens. Content strands include personal, state, and national finance; statistics and probability; mathematical modeling; quantities and measurement. Students will solve problems using mathematical reasoning involving logic, proportions, algebra, and relations. This course may serve as an alternative to College Algebra for the non-STEM major.
